Trucking company Yellow Roadway has agreed to pay $7 million to settle a class-action suit brought last year by 1,900 employees.Yellow Roadway will pay the claims on behalf of USF Corp., which it acquired in May. Workers brought the case against USF, the former parent company of unionized USF Red Star, because it closed 26 freight terminals, including one in Allentown, and laid off the workers without advance notice.
